📋 Description
• Support learners in job placement for the Generation’s JobSprint Program • Conduct 1:1 coaching conversations, group coaching sessions, and mock interviews • Utilize an online learning platform and coaching software • Collaborate with the Employer Engagement Manager to support placement • Manage learner usage of Employability Module and track progress
🎯 Requirements
• At least 2 years’ experience in career coaching, and/or employment counseling • Strong relationship building skills • Excellent communication skills (writing + oral expression) • Comfortable with conducting 1:1 conversations and giving evaluative feedback • Up-to-date understanding of employability essentials (e.g., CV, LinkedIn, interviewing skills) • Analyzing and utilizing data to inform operational decisions
