📋 Description

• Support countries in identifying and assessing high-potential program expansion opportunities aligned with labor market demand and Generation's strategic priorities • Partner with regional program and business development leaders to conduct market assessments and identify new high-impact programs • Evaluate employer demand, sustainability, learner demand, feasibility, and implementation requirements for new programs • Review implementation workplans and readiness assessments, initially focusing on Colombia • Coordinate cross-country learning and best-practice sharing • Contribute insights and recommendations to regional portfolio strategy and future program investments • Support identification and development of 4–5 high-potential new regional programs for potential 2027 launch • Monitor LatAm country operations across breadth, depth, and durability indicators • Participate in quarterly regional performance reviews • Review dashboards and performance reports to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities • Support country CEOs and leadership teams with action plans to improve delivery quality and learner outcomes • Promote consistent performance management processes, tools, and reporting standards across affiliates • Collaborate on impact measurement and outcome tracking practices • Monitor data quality and completion across affiliates and support remediation • Track regional demographic and employment outcome targets • Review, analyze, and synthesize regional performance data • Prepare executive summaries, performance updates, and recommendations for regional and global leadership • Disseminate key learnings and operational insights across the region

🎯 Requirements

• Lead or Manager-level professional with strong project and stakeholder management experience • Demonstrated ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority • Experience using data and performance metrics to drive operational improvements and decision-making • Strong understanding of program implementation, impact measurement, and performance management • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders across multiple countries • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Mission-driven, highly collaborative, and comfortable operating in a regional, matrixed environment • Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
