📋 Description

• Lead the delivery of high‑quality, compliant, and responsive HR support for Generation Colombia. • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for the payroll provider on all HR operational matters. • Provide first‑line HR support to Colombia staff on performance, conduct, probation, absence, grievances, and disciplinary matters. • Maintain strong working knowledge of Colombian labor legislation and ensure all HR practices remain compliant. • Ensure the payroll provider completes statutory filings, tax submissions, and SSNIT payments on schedule. • Ensure timely preparation of employment contracts and onboarding documentation with support from the payroll outsource. • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and internal databases.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Officer in Colombia. • Experience managing third-party HR vendors such as payroll providers. • Strong working knowledge of Colombian labor law and statutory obligations. • Fluent Spanish, advanced written and spoken English. • Experience in a mission-driven, non-profit, or multi-country organization is preferred. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple HR workstreams. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify insights. • High attention to accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity. • Ability to work collaboratively across geographies and cultures. • A proactive, “can-do” approach in a fast-paced environment.
