📋 Description

• Conduct primary and secondary research to support project deliverables • Produce research outputs, including data collection, literature reviews, and landscape analyses • Contribute to client deliverables under supervision • Support proposal development through research, data gathering, and drafting • Prepare concept notes and presentation slides for client pitches • Assist with business development activities • Participate in at least one working group and contribute to its initiatives and deliverables • Develop foundational knowledge in payments and digital financial services • Seek feedback and incorporate it into work • Learn new skills and methodologies with curiosity and initiative

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline • 2 years of relevant consulting experience in payments or digital financial services consulting • High attention to detail and meticulous approach to data and analysis • Good written and verbal communication skills • Strong, demonstrable interest in payment systems, digital finance, and digital financial inclusion • Passionate, self-motivated, energetic problem-solving approach • Integrity and ethical behaviour • Analytical thinking, fast learning, and excellent academic record
