📋 Description

• Conduct primary and secondary research to support project deliverables • Produce research outputs, including data collection, literature reviews, and landscape analyses • Contribute to client deliverables under supervision • Meet deadlines and communicate proactively when challenges arise • Support proposal development through research, data gathering, and drafting assigned sections • Prepare concept notes and presentation slides for client pitches • Assist with business development activities as directed by senior team members • Participate in at least one working group, such as Recruitment, Partnership, Communication, or PR • Contribute to working group initiatives and deliverables • Develop foundational knowledge in payments and digital financial services • Seek feedback and incorporate it into work • Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of digital payment strategies and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline • Excellent academic record • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail and a meticulous approach to data and analysis • Good written and verbal communication skills • Strong, demonstrable interest in payment systems, digital finance, and digital financial inclusion • Passionate, self-motivated, and energetic • Integrity and ethical behaviour • Fast learner with curiosity and initiative
