📋 Description

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented automated test scripts for front-end (UI) and back-end (API) components using JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, or Python. • Execute existing automated test suites, analyze results, and help expand test coverage across the application layers. • Identify, log, and track software defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolutions. • Perform manual and exploratory testing to uncover edge-case issues not easily caught by automation. • Learn to integrate and monitor automated tests within our CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). • Participate proactively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, team discussions, and code reviews to understand requirements and testability.

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in software testing, QA automation, or software development (open to talented recent graduates or bootcamp alumni). • Solid foundational coding skills in at least one relevant language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, Python). • Basic understanding or academic/project experience with automated testing tools for UI (e.g., Cypress, Playwright) or APIs (e.g., Postman, Pytest). • Good understanding of software QA methodologies, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile practices. • Basic proficiency with Git and version control workflows. • Strong analytical thinking, keen attention to detail, a passion for learning, and excellent English communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical/bootcamp experience.
