📋 Description
• You'll be the first point of contact for potential study participants. • Day to day, that means calling and pre-screening patients from our database and referral lists, walking them through study basics in plain language, checking them against inclusion/exclusion criteria, scheduling screening visits with our coordinator, and keeping recruitment logs accurate and up to date. • You'll work closely with our study coordinator and report weekly on outreach numbers, conversion, and scheduling.
🎯 Requirements
• Medical background strongly preferred — nursing, medicine, pharmacy, or allied health training (degree or clinical experience from any country is fine) • Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable making outbound calls to US patients • Prior experience in patient outreach, telehealth, medical call centers, or clinical trial recruitment is a big plus • Organized and self-directed — you'll manage your own call lists and follow-ups • Understanding of patient privacy; you'll complete HIPAA and GCP training with us • Reliable internet and a quiet workspace; availability with at least [4] hours of overlap with US Central Time (Chicago)
