📋 Description

• Design, develop, configure, and support scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, validation rules, custom objects, and Lightning Web Components • Own assigned technical deliverables and ensure quality, maintainability, and timely delivery • Translate business requirements and user stories into technical designs, development tasks, configuration changes, and solutions • Contribute to technical solution design and recommend Salesforce platform approaches • Develop and enhance Salesforce capabilities for Quote-to-Cash, quoting, order management, assets, renewals, and related processes • Develop and support Agentforce Revenue Management capabilities within the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, defect resolution, release validation, and deployments • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce configuration, data, flow, permission, performance, and integration issues • Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and Zuora, Workday, ServiceNow, and middleware platforms • Maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration notes, data mappings, integration details, and deployment steps • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Systems Analysts, QA, Technical Leads, and engineering teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle • Provide technical guidance to junior developers and contribute to peer reviews and knowledge sharing • Follow Salesforce best practices, development standards, release processes, change controls, and security guidelines • Build platform expertise and identify opportunities to improve system quality, scalability, maintainability, and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, configuration, or enterprise application development • Strong hands-on development experience with Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, validation rules, custom objects, and Salesforce configuration • Hands-on experience developing solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and platform capabilities • Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and independently delivering Salesforce solutions • Experience working within a structured software development lifecycle, including requirements review, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues using debug logs, error messages, data analysis, and systematic root-cause analysis • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to investigate issues thoroughly • Demonstrated ownership and accountability for technical deliverables and issue resolution • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Business Systems Analysts, QA, Technical Leads, and other developers • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and document solutions effectively • Preferred: Experience with Agentforce Revenue Management, Salesforce CPQ, or other Quote-to-Cash solutions • Preferred: Experience designing and developing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, asynchronous Apex, platform events, or other Salesforce integration patterns • Preferred: Exposure to Zuora Billing, Workday, ServiceNow, or other enterprise SaaS platforms • Preferred: Experience using GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, deployment tools, and version control practices • Preferred: Salesforce certification such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Administrator, or App Builder • Preferred: Experience working in Agile delivery teams with Jira, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and defect management • Preferred: Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to junior developers
