• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value of our services. • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team. • Build rapport with potential clients, addressing their needs and answering questions about our offerings. • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update CRM systems accordingly. • Meet or exceed weekly targets for calls, appointments, and lead generation.
• Previous experience in cold calling, lead generation, or telemarketing is a plus. • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and client engagement. • Proficient with CRM software and online communication tools. • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with a flexible schedule. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for uninterrupted calls.
• Our initial offer is $3 per hour. We will renegotiate your rate after a month depending on your performance. • Weekly Payout • High performers will have the opportunity to move into Sales roles. • Sales positions offer double to triple the earnings potential, with uncapped commissions on top of base pay. • We provide training, mentorship, and a clear career path to help you grow from setting appointments to closing deals.
