📋 Description

• Develop and execute a sales and recruitment strategy aligned with organizational growth goals • Lead and mentor agents and agencies to ensure achievement of market-specific enrollment targets • Oversee community presence, grassroots lead generation, and local marketing initiatives • Build strategic relationships with key partners, carriers, and top producing agencies across multiple markets • Ensure agents are educated on Agility Insurance Services' value proposition and product portfolio • Manage sales budgets related to events, enrollment materials, and promotional initiatives • Partner with the Director of Partnerships & Community Engagement to expand enrollment centers and market presence • Work closely with sales operations to monitor performance metrics, conduct market analysis, and optimize sales performance • Collaborate with the Producer Support Team to ensure strong agent experience and retention • Ensure compliance with CMS, State, and Federal guidelines across all sales activities • Travel across assigned regions to support sales growth and leadership development

🎯 Requirements

• Five (5)+ years of experience in health insurance enrollment or a Field Marketing Organization (FMO) • Experience managing field sales teams or multi-market sales operations • Active Health Insurance License • Bilingual - Spanish / English preferred • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to speak to ACA, MA, and Ancillary products
