• Acquisition and onboarding of new customers • Conduct needs analyses and present appropriate solutions • Prepare customized proposals and conduct negotiations • Maintain and strategically expand existing customer relationships • Conduct application and product demonstrations on construction sites and provide training • Work professionally in day-to-day sales activities and maintain the customer database (CRM) • Support development and product teams with market feedback
• Experience in sales, ideally in new customer acquisition or in technical field service • Enjoy hands-on work and possess technical understanding—ideally initial exposure to construction technology, skilled trades, or surveying • Driver's license Class B (or equivalent) and willingness to be on the road daily for field work • Empathy, strong closing skills, and the ability to enthuse distribution partners and end users about products and solutions • Self-initiative, ambition, and discipline—you work independently, are resilient, and are not deterred by a “no” • Strong communication skills and fluent German in spoken and written form • Results orientation and motivation to exceed targets and celebrate successes
