âą Collaborate with Compliance leadership to develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive, risk-based ethics and compliance strategy aligned with global business goals. âą Lead and conduct thorough, impartial, and timely investigations into allegations of non-compliance, unethical conduct, or violations of our Code of Conduct and other policies. âą Lead the drafting, review, and updating of key ethics and compliance policies and procedures. âą Conduct regular ethics and compliance risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities. âą Act as a champion for our ethical culture, providing clear guidance to employees on compliance-related matters. âą Act as a key advisor to the compliance team and business partners, providing expert guidance on a range of topics including Anti-Bribery Anti-Corruption (ABAC), third-party risk, business continuity, records retention and sanctions. âą Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to embed compliance and ethical considerations into business processes.
âą 5-8 years developing and managing ethics and compliance programs âą Strong understanding of key regulations and compliance best practices relevant to the technology industry âą Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and adapt to a changing landscape âą Demonstrated analytical skills and the capacity to evaluate complex issues and make well-reasoned decisions âą Demonstrated a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail âą Technical competence using software programs including Google Suite for business. âą Must have a valid passport âą Bachelor's in Law, Finance, Business Administration or related field - focus on ethics and compliance programs.
