Gesellschaft für Inklusion is a young social enterprise providing inclusion and support services across several German states. Angetrieben by the motto “Inklusion beginnt im Kopf”, the organization delivers services in Eingliederungshilfe and child- and youth-welfare, including school accompaniment (Schulbegleitung), social-pedagogical family support, and outpatient offerings for adults with disabilities. GFI operates regionally in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Rheinland-Pfalz, Baden-Württemberg and Hessen, runs a GFI-Akademie for training school assistants, and offers volunteer placements (Freiwilliges Soziales Jahr). The organization emphasizes respectful, engaged, and cooperative work with families, schools, and partners to provide individualized support.
