📋 Description

• Develop tailored PR strategies for B2B and B2C clients • Secure coverage for relevant topics in key media outlets • Manage professional client communications • Plan proactively using quarterly plans and KPIs • Build long-term client relationships • Proactively contribute to and continuously develop client topics • Advise clients as a C-level sparring partner • Share knowledge and give and receive peer-to-peer feedback • Actively use the internal AI stack for research, pitch preparation, and topic scouting • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists at key media outlets across the DACH region and Europe • Conduct tailored editorial pitches by phone with relevant journalists

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in hands-on PR, ideally in an agency environment • Proven track record of independently securing client coverage in leading German national and trade media • Strong consulting and advisory skills • Ability to analyze target audiences and markets • Ability to translate business objectives into PR strategies and derive measurable initiatives • Strong network of journalists • Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with journalists • Proactive monitoring of the news landscape and identification of topics with media potential • Self-directed approach to work and active integration into the team • Pragmatic approach to using AI tools • German at C2 level • Professional communication skills in English • Based in Germany
