📋 Description

• Prepare civil site plans for self-storage, industrial, and multifamily projects in compliance with regulatory standards and project specifications • Develop grading, drainage, erosion control, stormwater, and utility plans from boundary surveys and topographic maps • Perform drainage, detention/retention, and cut-and-fill calculations • Apply value-engineering principles to reduce sitework and construction costs • Prepare quantity takeoffs and assist with project estimating • Create floor plans, building layouts, elevations, and basic renderings for mixed units in self-storage and industrial projects • Assist with contractor bidding, bid comparisons, permitting, and project coordination • Provide schedule updates and support multiple active projects • Coordinate with contractors and project teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field • 3–5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site design, building plans, and coordination with U.S. contractors • Demonstrated experience with grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility design • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory • Strong understanding of U.S. engineering standards and construction practices • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT / U.S. timezone • English proficiency required for application and work • Experience with Civil 3D preferred • Familiarity with HydroCAD, StormCAD, or similar software is a plus
