📋 Description

• Perform accurate material takeoffs from civil and landscape plan sets. • Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to identify fencing scopes. • Mark up plans using Bluebeam for estimating and project review. • Prepare estimates using company pricing and estimating systems. • Compile estimating data into TRUE estimating software or similar platforms. • Assist with submittals, RFIs, and other pre-construction documentation for awarded projects. • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors as needed. • Maintain organized estimating files and meet project deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience estimating U.S. commercial construction projects. • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. • Strong ability to read and interpret civil and landscape plans. • Advanced proficiency with Bluebeam. • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Able to work full-time during U.S. Central Time.
