📋 Description
• Prepare U.S. federal and state tax returns, including: • Form 1040 • Form 1120 • Form 1120S • Form 1065 • Review source documents and organize client tax information • Identify missing information and communicate with team members regarding client needs • Support tax planning and tax projection engagements • Work closely with tax managers and partners to meet filing deadlines • Maintain accurate workpapers and supporting documentation • Manage multiple tax engagements simultaneously during busy season • Assist with tax notices, correspondence, and other tax-related projects • Stay current with tax regulations, best practices, and emerging technologies
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 3+ years of experience preparing U.S. tax returns • Strong experience with: • 1040 • 1120 • 1120S • 1065 tax returns • Experience working with a U.S.-based CPA or accounting firm • Strong understanding of U.S. federal tax concepts • Fluent English communication skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable learning and adopting new technology platforms
