• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Drive the execution of projects from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations. • Provide technical guidance, expertise, and oversight to the team, ensuring the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes. • Lead by example through hands-on contribution to code reviews, architecture discussions, and problem-solving. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing transparency, updates, and insights on project status, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, 2+ years in a management role • Experience building and shipping high-quality user-facing products in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the domain of no-code or data tools • Excellent leadership and people management skills • Strong communication and collaboration skills • High tolerance for ambiguity and change • Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals
