🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in software engineering, 2+ years in a management role • Experience building and shipping high-quality user-facing products in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the domain of no-code or data tools • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team of engineers • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • High tolerance for ambiguity and change, with the ability to jump into whatever areas need attention and learn as you go • Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals to help mentor engineers to solve complex technical problems and drive innovation
