📋 Description

• Take involvement and ownership of all aspects of product development, from ideation through architecture to implementation, testing, and continuous deployment. • Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and timely delivery of features. • Lead the design and implementation of RESTful APIs to enable seamless integration with various internal and external systems. • Optimize application performance to ensure low latency, high availability, and reliability. • Participate in design and code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. • Conduct thorough testing of backend components, write automated tests, and ensure high code quality and reliability. • Identify and address bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues within the backend infrastructure. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually improve the development process. • Contribute to the overall technical strategy and architecture of the product. • Drive engineering excellence across the team, setting the standard for code quality, testing, scalability, and security.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development with strong expertise in Node.js, React, and TypeScript. • Strong hands-on coding skills with a passion for building scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems. • Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and modern development practices (Agile, CI/CD, DevOps). • Experience with RESTful API design and development. • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities. • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly. • Nice to Have: Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services. • Nice to Have: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Nice to Have: Experience working with microservices or event-driven architectures.
