• Develop promotional strategies that support acquisition, engagement, retention, reactivation, loyalty, and monetization objectives. • Evaluate promotional performance and return on investment across offer types and customer segments. • Maintain competitive intelligence on promotional activity across relevant industries. • Own Fliff’s promotional calendar and portfolio across products and customer segments. • Design and execute structured testing plans for promotional initiatives in coordination with Analytics.
• 5+ years of experience in promotions, loyalty, CRM, retention marketing, gaming operations, commercial strategy, or related disciplines. • Experience within sportsbook, fantasy sports, social gaming, social casino, mobile gaming, loyalty programs, or adjacent industries. • Strong understanding of promotional mechanics, customer incentives, and offer design. • Experience evaluating campaign performance and customer behavior. • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills. • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Finance teams. • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment with a hands-on approach. • Experience working with promotional economics, customer segmentation, and incentive optimization (preferred). • SQL proficiency and experience with tools such as Tableau, Looker, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar analytics platforms (preferred). • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools (preferred). • Experience operating within regulated industries (preferred).
