📋 Description

• Manage new and existing patients throughout their journey • Review patient information, including questionnaires or health inquiries, to determine eligibility for specific treatment plans • Conduct calls or video conferences with patients to provide clinical education, advice, and assistance • Assess patient symptoms, triage concerns when needed, and provide appropriate clinical guidance • Collaborate with medical practitioners, pharmacists, allied health professionals, and other team members to ensure coordinated patient care • Share feedback for constant improvement of systems and processes to improve patient experience • Work full-time with weekend shifts, preferably split across Saturday and Sunday

🎯 Requirements

• Current practising certificate without restrictions from AHPRA • Recent primary health care experience including in men’s health (ideally hair loss, sexual health, skincare, weight loss and mental health) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Excellent technological skills • Keen interest in Telemedicine, men’s health and cosmetic medicine • Must be okay with shift work including weekends • Experience in telehealth or digital health highly regarded • Exposure to men’s health, dermatology, weight management or sexual health highly regarded • Familiarity with asynchronous models of care highly regarded • Resume and brief cover letter outlining interest and relevant skills/experience
