📋 Description

• Own the PLG motion across activation, expansion, upsell, and cross-sell. • Drive measurable growth outcomes through product strategy, experimentation, roadmap ownership and hands-on delivery. • Work across Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align product-led and human-led growth motions. • Help shape how AI-first ways of working are embedded across Product.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong PM experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with PLG, growth, or monetisation exposure. • A track record of improving adoption, conversion, expansion, or retention with measurable impact. Both experimental and by larger projects. • A strong commercial mindset and the ability to connect product decisions to revenue outcomes. • Comfort operating cross-functionally and influencing a broad set of stakeholders.
