📋 Description

• Ownership of the direction and development of your product from discovery through delivery. • Define project objectives, develop a product vision, and derive the strategy. • Constructive, results-oriented collaboration with external stakeholders on an equal footing. • Empower and work closely with your multidisciplinary project team through substantive collaboration. • Deliver the product with the team using an iterative, hypothesis-driven approach. • Optional: Take on the (co-)project lead role, including responsibility for budgeting and related tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience designing digital products or services. • Strong skills in lateral leadership of interdisciplinary product teams. • Experience in project management (budgeting, contract management, and controlling/financial monitoring). • User-centered mindset and an insight-driven, data-based approach to product development. • Clear, audience-appropriate communication with openness to feedback and constructive exchange on equal terms. • Genuine interest in public administration as a target group and a high level of motivation and willingness to learn in transformational contexts. • Fluent German (C1) and English, as both languages are used in daily work.
