📋 Description

• As Senior Product Manager, you set the pace for the strategy of your domain. • You set the direction and ensure we create genuine value for homeowners, our partners, and the business. • You continuously shape the strategy and vision for your domain. • You define clear, measurable objectives and the roadmap for the partner platform and partner-related services to drive partner growth, satisfaction, and retention. • You drive growth in your domain through continuous end-to-end product discovery. • You leverage qualitative insights (interviews, usability tests, feedback, NPS) and quantitative data (tracking, analytics) to identify opportunities and make data-driven, outcome-focused decisions with measurable impact. • You communicate clearly and purposefully, translate complex topics into compelling narratives, and foster strong collaboration between Product, Tech, Product Analytics, UX, Sales, and stakeholders from other domains. • You ensure a healthy balance between long-term strategic goals and short-term trade-offs. • Through effective backlog management and close collaboration with Engineering and Design, you drive continuous (Lean) delivery to consistently deliver high-quality, incremental value.

🎯 Requirements

• You have extensive hands-on experience optimizing and scaling digital offerings for partners, including building partner hubs/platforms and partner-related services across segments. • You apply strong analytical thinking and product analytics skills to define KPIs, interpret data, derive insights, and make evidence-based decisions that improve outcomes for partners and the business. • You have deep technical understanding of API integrations for lead submission and lead management. • You have hands-on experience using AI tools to increase efficiency and productivity (e.g., for research, prototyping, technical discovery, or enhanced collaboration). • You bring order to chaos by aligning diverse perspectives, challenges, and priorities to create shared understanding and strong alignment across teams and stakeholders. • You think entrepreneurially and achieve goals with a high degree of personal responsibility and ownership. • You keep up with the latest product management and technology trends, are an absolute team player, and demonstrate excellent communication skills in English and German — plus a good sense of humor.
