📋 Description

• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of the PROS CPQ solution across multiple European countries. • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the CPQ solution. • Work closely with commercial teams, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective utilization and adoption of the CPQ system. • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the CPQ system. • Track and analyze CPQ and user performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Lead CPQ-related projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CPQ management, preferably with PROS, in a multinational environment. • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM best practices. • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions; experience with system configuration and data governance. • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
