📋 Description

• Contribute to the ongoing development of our product strategy and the implementation of our product roadmap • Create, prioritize and maintain user stories, product backlogs and release plans • Analyze customer needs as well as market and competitive trends to further develop our platform • Support the definition and monitoring of relevant product KPIs • Work closely with Engineering, Partner Management and other stakeholders to successfully implement product features • Actively participate in product discovery processes to understand user problems and validate solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German (C2) and good English skills • Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification • Entry-level to several years of professional experience (approx. 3–5 years) in product management or a similar role • Experience in developing and enhancing software products in agile work environments (e.g., Scrum or Kanban) • Experience working with CRM systems and a solid understanding of data-driven product decisions • Basic knowledge of SQL or an interest in data-driven analysis is preferred • Understanding of product discovery methods and user-centered product development
