📋 Description

• Create explainer videos, product demos, social formats and other moving-image content from concept and storyboard through finished cut • Develop ad creatives, landing-page visuals, sales documents, presentations and partner materials • Translate marketing objectives, product information and campaign ideas into clear visual concepts • Adapt and prepare content in German and English • Potentially produce selected Italian and Spanish content from Q4 onwards, primarily through subtitles and voice-over • Use AI tools where they add genuine value to creative development, design and production • Contribute ideas for efficient new workflows • Plan and execute agreed assignments independently • Coordinate deliverables and proactively communicate progress, dependencies and deadlines • Work from project context, objectives, assets and feedback provided by the marketing team • Collaborate remotely and coordinate directly with the marketing team where useful for a project

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated professional expertise in graphic design, motion design, visual communication or a comparable field • Portfolio or showreel demonstrating graphic design, motion design and visual storytelling work • Ability to create explainer videos, product demos, social content or comparable formats from concept through final production • Strong skills in layout, typography, composition and visual hierarchy across digital and presentation formats • Relevant education, vocational training, professional training or equivalent practical expertise is welcome • Practical experience using AI tools in creative workflows • Ability to demonstrate how AI tools improved, accelerated or expanded creative production • Ability to work confidently with German- and English-language source material • Ability to organize and execute projects and deliverables independently, reliably and professionally • Ability to respond professionally to changing project requirements and priorities • Ability to deliver consistently high-quality work within agreed project timelines
