📋 Description

• Own invoicing by sending client invoices accurately and on time and ensuring billing matches signed and delivered services • Run billing reconciliations by matching payments to invoices and bank and card account activity • Investigate discrepancies and resolve them at the root cause • Manage contract buyouts by verifying amounts and end dates, processing payments, and maintaining the tracker • Document investigations clearly so the team can follow the trail • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Client Success across handoffs, renewals, and buyouts • Support broader operations with reports, tracker cleanup, vendor questions, and process work • Create simple SOPs to make recurring processes faster, cleaner, and less error-prone

🎯 Requirements

• Genuine curiosity and willingness to investigate discrepancies thoroughly • Strong attention to detail • Strong numerical and spreadsheet skills • Clear written communication and ability to explain reconciliations simply • Organized and self-driven, with ability to own recurring processes independently • Comfortable working remotely from the Philippines with hours overlapping the US team • Experience in billing, accounts receivable/payable, bookkeeping, or reconciliations is a bonus • Experience with Google Sheets, Salesforce, Brex, or QuickBooks is a bonus • Experience writing SOPs or process documentation is a bonus • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment is a bonus • Curiosity about building materials, paint and hardware, or SaaS/ERP is a bonus • Must be registered with the BIR as an Independent Contractor • Access to a laptop, high-speed internet, and a microphone
