⢠3+ years of experience in engineering or product management ⢠Experience with CRM API integrations and modern website development ⢠Fluent English, German skills are a plus ⢠Experience leading and developing small engineering teams ⢠Ability to capture complex requirements in a structured way and document them ⢠Proactive team player with excellent communication skills ⢠Technical background through a degree or professional experience as a software developer
