📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend services and APIs using Ruby on Rails. • Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity. • Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact features. • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and foster best practices in software development. • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, bugs, and other technical challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in application development • Experience with Ruby on Rails (6) • Experience with an modern UI framework (Vue2, 3 or React) • Strong SQL skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL, PSQL, Oracle, MSSQL) • Knowledge of continuous deployment and integration practices • Experience in identifying and resolving potential performance bottlenecks • Good understanding of modern API design practices and standards • Proficient in writing automated tests • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
