📋 Description

• Provide operation-related support to regional O&M contracts during Mobilization, Execution, and Demobilization phases • Coordinate with Operations Support Leaders in other regions to maintain O&M playbook standards • Improve operations and reliability of regional O&M plants • Maintain Operations Programs, including processes and tools, to maximize safe, reliable, economical, and environmentally safe plant performance • Interface and coordinate with Plant Managers and Operation Managers • Support KPI measurement for Operations Program effectiveness at regional power stations • Support adoption of new tools and technologies to improve productivity and operational performance • Support development of digital solutions and lead validation plans and pilot implementations with digital teams • Coordinate with Engineering, Digital, Commercial, and O&M plant teams to identify best solutions for power station performance • Support mobilization programs for new regional contracts and achieve operation readiness at COD • Advise and guide Plant Managers, mobilization personnel, and Regional O&M Service Directors • Support regional sites in accomplishing the Lean Strategy for the O&M business • Support regional business growth as requested by the Region O&M Support Leader • Perform additional duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, project management, or product management, including technical, financial, and contractual experience • Minimum 3 years of experience in Power Plant Operation and Maintenance • Knowledge of GE Mark V, VI, and VIe control systems for troubleshooting plant operational processes would be an advantage • Fluent in English and local (region) language • Strong analytical thinking and ability to analyze, support, and solve operational issues at power plants • Ability to clearly articulate issues and solutions • Ability to lead projects and work independently and in teams
