📋 Description

• Lead the legal strategy for high-stakes tenders. • Advise on transaction structures; draft and negotiate complex agreements. • Provide ongoing legal support for megaprojects (EPC, turnkey, LTSA, O&M). • Manage disputes in the SEMEA region under the supervision of the General Counsel. • Advise on legal and regulatory compliance in France and the European Union. • Work cross-functionally with EHS, IP, HR and Compliance teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years' experience, preferably as in-house counsel or at a leading law firm. • Law degree (Master 2, LL.B., JD or equivalent) from a recognized law school. • Admitted to the bar in France or a member in good standing of a relevant jurisdiction's bar. • Fluency in French and English required. • Qualification as a solicitor in England would be an asset. • Proven experience in complex international commercial transactions within the energy, construction or infrastructure sectors.
