📋 Description

• Support GEV engineers in preparing signal lists from schematics and other applicable documents • Support engineering and field service work for protection relays, panel modifications, protection logic diagrams, GA/LA, bills of materials, purchasing requests, protection/SCMS/LCC schematics, SCMS/cybersecurity architectures, SCMS signal lists, cable schedules, control desk drawings, IEC61850 signal mapping, and related deliverables • Support production documents, CT/VT adequacy checks, and relay setting calculations • Support field service activities for substation automation systems, including DCS/SCS, RTU, and cybersecurity • Support technical activities for assigned projects, including EHS coordination, follow-up, and site work • Coordinate and record tests for digital inputs, controls, measurements, interlocks, IEC61850 IEDs, SCADA signals, and SCS functionalities • Support installation of SCS systems at sites, including fiber optic layouts, panel PC installation, console wiring, installation, and testing • Follow project planning to achieve milestones according to the project schedule • Coordinate workplace EHS issues and ensure suitable PPE availability for testing and commissioning personnel

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Machine Power, Electrical Power, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Control and instrumentation, Energy Engineering, Renewable energy, Electronics, cybersecurity, or/ and Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from accredited university • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Preference given to qualified UAE National talents in line with UAE localization requirements • UAE Nationals holding a Family Book are encouraged to apply • Active listener with good communication skills in English and Arabic • Curious and proactive with high level of integrity, strong analytical skills, and eagerness to learn • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams • Highly organized and systematic with solid time management skills
