📋 Description

• Develop tooling, fixture, and lift fixture process and equipment standards • Deploy global standards across Aero Alliance factories with local factory technical leaders • Develop, qualify, and improve manufacturing processes • Define and deploy global process and equipment standards • Define, control, and communicate processes for manufacturing assets, including facility integration, acceptance testing, machine health checks, calibrations, preventive maintenance, spare parts strategy, and technical training • Validate engineering specifications and shop-floor application of new processes with EHS, manufacturing engineering, engineering, quality, materials, industrialization, and sourcing teams • Partner with channels on new repair processes and qualifications • Develop reliability improvement strategies using FMEA and root cause analysis • Collaborate with maintenance, operations, engineering, and safety teams on preventive and predictive programs • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce equipment downtime and improve quality • Investigate failures and chronic issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions • Provide technical support for asset management, equipment lifecycle analysis, and spare parts optimization • Train local factory manufacturing engineers • Participate in new equipment design, installation, and process implementation using Design for Reliability • Apply DFSS and lean principles, including 3P, TPM, Jidoka, PQ/PR, Takt Cycle, Standard Work, Value Stream Maps, Kaizen, 4D/8D/A3, and Poka Yoke • Lead functional teams or projects and influence stakeholders on complex operational, manufacturing, technology, and engineering decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college (or equivalent experience for non-US candidates) • US candidates: 7+ years of industrial experience in manufacturing or quality • US candidates: 5+ years of experience in a technical role such as manufacturing engineering, with expertise in tooling, fixtures, material lifting devices and fixtures • Non-US candidates: significant years of industrial experience in manufacturing or quality • Non-US candidates: significant years of experience in a technical role with expertise in tooling, fixtures, material lifting devices and fixtures • Strong/proven knowledge of engineering concepts and quality processes • Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings, and schematics • Project management skills and experience • Fluency in English in writing and speaking • Approximately 25% travel • US employment requires legal authorization to work in the United States • For applicable US offers, successful completion of a drug screen
