📋 Description

• Deliver multiple HR Operations processes accurately and on time • Respond to employee, manager, and HR queries within agreed timelines • Execute processes correctly and consistently • Resolve operational issues using established procedures and escalate matters outside defined parameters • Collaborate with HR colleagues, business teams, and external partners • Perform accurate data entry and quality checks • Maintain HR information to a high standard • Apply business and HR knowledge to support wider HR and business objectives • Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement • Provide operational coverage as needed, primarily supporting the Netherlands and other countries when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college • Fluent English and Dutch • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Attention to detail • Stakeholder management • Problem-solving • Customer-centric mindset
