📋 Description

• Lead installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HMI, SCADA, and control system hardware and software in complex industrial environments • Troubleshoot HMI and control issues involving logic interfaces, network communications, and application services • Act as the primary technical contact on-site, coordinating with project managers and customers • Execute pre-commissioning, functional tests, and start-up support • Maintain meticulous project and technical documentation • Perform OT cyber-resilience tasks, including asset verification, system hardening, and endpoint protection checks • Translate technical and cybersecurity findings into actionable language for plant operators and senior stakeholders • Ensure site activities adhere to environmental, quality, safety, and cybersecurity protocols • Support diverse project sites, including international or offshore locations

🎯 Requirements

• Substantive experience in HMI, SCADA, or turbine control systems in power generation or industrial settings • Solid understanding of industrial control systems, networks, and Windows environments • Experience with HMI/SCADA platforms, including screen navigation, alarm and trend reviews, and basic configuration • Familiarity with GE control platforms or similar turbine/plant automation architecture highly valued • Practical understanding of industrial networking, including TCP/IP, VLANs, and firewalls • Windows server/workstation troubleshooting skills • High degree of technical maturity for outage and abnormal-event troubleshooting • Eagerness to develop expertise in OT cybersecurity • Ability and willingness to travel to diverse project sites, including international or offshore locations • Proficient in English • Fluency in Spanish highly valued • Ability to work in industrial environments and follow environmental, quality, safety, and cybersecurity protocols
