📋 Description

• Enhance region outage planning and execution processes and improve customer success rates while reducing Safety, Quality, and Delivery risks • Ensure outage planning milestones are completed through systematic risk management and escalations • Lead Services escalations and outage risk mitigation for the region • Co-lead regional parts escalations with the parts fulfillment team • Participate in critical outage planning and ensure activities are completed on time • Track Outage Movement and mitigate business impact • Apply Lean methodologies, including Kaizen, PSR, and VSM, to improve outage planning and services operations KPIs • Track parts and repairs demand placement, fulfillment, and on-time customer starts • Collaborate with the Global Operations Council on process changes and drive regional implementation • Resolve field execution issues with regional operations leaders • Establish PORR rigor and implement mitigation plans with sub-regions and function leaders • Lead regional and global Kaizens and participate in global processes and change management • Track regional successful outage scorecards and engage with SMs and CPMs to deliver customer CTQs • Partner with Region CPM/CSL and SD on organizational roles, responsibilities, and handoffs • Act as regional focal point for systems enhancements • Partner with Engineering to lead regional RCA rigor

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree of Engineering • Strong Field services, Outage planning / Project Management or Customer Quality background • Minimum 8 years successful experience of leading comprehensive, high profile projects in areas of operations, initiatives within complex and/or matrix organizations • Strong Lean, Problem Solving Report and Kaizen knowledge • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives/projects; ability to document, plan, market, and execute initiatives • Vocal and expresses thoughts clearly • Strong systems knowledge and usability • Strong analytical mindset
