📋 Description

• Responsible for the entire export process and other miscellaneous activities according to the Bank’s internal policies, SOPs, ICC guidelines, and authorizing transactions in the processing system • Cover all areas of Trade Finance for various business segments • Ensure processing complies with SOP/OPMs and UCP/ISBP/ISP, with charge recovery according to applicable guidelines • Perform sanction checking of relevant parties in documents • Handle Commodity Trade Operations documents • Authorize and input transactions into the system • Prepare and authorize relevant SWIFT messages • Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Team Head • Share errors and knowledge gaps with the line manager/team to address customer service issues • Ensure no revenue leakage from missed charge collection • Ensure no outstanding reconciliation entries in Nostro or internal accounts • Take corrective and preventive action based on customer complaints, operational errors, and quality/RCSA analysis • Recommend changes to SOP, OPM, and ADM to improve service levels without compromising controls • Recommend trainings and workshops to address knowledge gaps and establish ownership of resolution • Immediately escalate errors, customer complaints, service defects, and issues raised by counterparties to the manager • Share responsibility with senior team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • At least 2-4 years of relevant working experiences in Trade Operations • Expert level knowledge in Understanding of Export LC Payments, Discounting’s and Risk participations • Expert level knowledge of accounting entries and UATs • Understanding of amortization principles • Good communication skills, Team Management and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) • Attentive to details, good analytical skills and interpersonal skills • Able to work under pressure, excellent organizational skills and good team player
