📋 Description

• Check consultant hours against agreements • Verify markups and follow up on missing information • Maintain accurate overviews of revenue, costs and outstanding items • Prepare financial and operational reports for Country Manager decision-making • Perform daily work in PowerOffice Go cloud accounting system • Communicate with consultants by email regarding hours, deadlines and documentation • Document, standardise and improve operational and financial routines • Support Sperton Norway’s operations and grow the role alongside the company

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in finance, accounting or business administration • Relevant degree • Experience with a cloud-based accounting or ERP system • Strong Excel skills • Excellent written English • Precision with financial figures and invoicing data • Initiative and ability to follow up until required information is obtained • Availability from 11:00–19:00 PKT on a permanent basis • Experience from a consultancy, staffing or professional services company is advantageous • Experience with timesheet, project accounting or invoicing systems is advantageous
