📋 Description

• Support the TDI installation director for seamless site operation of EO/EEP/TKP/TKSI projects globally • Interface with TIM (lead TFA) and site teams for data collection and information sharing • Raise PR creation on PMx for PO creation of pre-COD warranty and TDI items by the Sourcing team • Acknowledge Good Receiving on PMx • Collect customer-signed timesheets from each project and calculate invoices for final monthly invoice issuance • Collect actual manpower monthly from each TDI site for manpower management • Support visa applications with necessary documents for third parties and vendors • Collect quarterly actual costs for TDI, performance testing, and training for SCR review • Perform cost analysis with TDI leadership • Support vendor registration with the Sourcing team • Manage documents as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree in Administration/ finance/English (comparable with bachelor/master) • High proficiency in English required • PMx(SAP) expert is mandatory for PO/PR/Good receiving • Working Experience on international project site office • Good Computer Skills in using MS-Windows & Office Applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, LN, intranet) • Preferably, Experience in Industry • Fluent in English (oral & written) • Fluent in local language and knowledge of the local area • Cultural Awareness and Team Player Nature • Trustworthy, Reliable, and Dependable • Field experience, leadership and social competence (desirable) • Orderly handling and presentation of information (desirable) • Skills in other foreign languages useful (desirable)
