📋 Description

• Own full tender submissions for GE Digital Software solutions and services, including costing, pricing, deal strategy, and terms and conditions • Participate in and lead internal commercial meetings and risk reviews to obtain management approvals • Lead deal reviews and incorporate technical and commercial risk mitigation and business risk acceptance into scopes, costs, and proposal wording • Identify contract qualifications and exceptions and support terms and conditions negotiations through contract award and hand-off to OTR • Develop commercial strategies and solutions with Regional Sales and functional teams • Coordinate proposal outputs to meet bid delivery dates and issue complete, high-quality proposals • Issue customer clarifications and distribute responses efficiently • Keep SFDC and other Commercial Operations tools updated throughout the deal lifecycle • Build cross-functional relationships with Solution Architects, Product Management, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Marketing • Maintain knowledge of market trends, customer requirements, competitors, and the customer base • Manage complex tender processes for government-owned entities in Latin America in compliance with public procurement laws and regulatory frameworks • Coordinate commercial strategy for regional government bids while balancing public-sector compliance and profitability targets

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced experience in Sales & Proposals • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college • Fluent English communication skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese highly preferred • Demonstrated experience navigating public-sector procurement regulatory and legal landscapes in Latin America • Understanding of local tendering portals, state-owned enterprise procurement cycles, and LATAM-specific contractual nuances
