📋 Description

• Own the Plan-to-Produce or Source-to-Pay process models and drive digital transformation initiatives within Materials Management and Production Planning • Design, configure, and maintain SAP MM/PP components, including MRP, BOM management, Capacity Planning, and Inventory Management • Lead and execute ERP migrations from legacy platforms such as BaaN, Infor, or custom tools to the strategic SAP environment • Manage technical architecture analysis, research, design, and integration of new SAP ecosystem functionalities • Provide architecture and design oversight to development teams • Ensure technical integrity by leveraging common technical elements and preventing redundant or siloed developments • Participate in defining the global ERP product roadmap and strategy • Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting, bridging technical execution and business requirements • Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership to the global SAP Product Council

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or Engineering • Professional IT experience with established leadership credentials across SAP ERP product lines • Deep, hands-on experience with SAP MM or PP, including WM/EWM or Shop Floor Control/Quality Module • Experience in at least five full life-cycle SAP ERP projects covering planning, analysis, design, build, test, and deployment • Strong process knowledge across Procurement-to-Pay or Plan-to-Produce cycles • Experience integrating SAP with Financials (FICO) and Project Systems (PS) • Experience with global configuration and highly integrated, multi-site SAP architectures • Ability to work with executive-level stakeholders to define IT strategy and manage complex project portfolios • Ability to translate business problems into technical roadmaps and align cross-functional stakeholders • Deep knowledge of emerging manufacturing and supply chain technologies and their integration with SAP • Experience in complex, multi-national environments • Strong collaboration, influencing, resilience, and judgment regarding long-term operational benefits
