📋 Description

• Proactively and holistically lead, consult and/or oversee multiple data migration and data conversion engagements across the Power Enterprise Solutions IT organization in response to disruptive trends and execution of change toward the desired business vision and outcomes. • Collaborate with business and functional partners and technology leadership in specifying data conversion requirements. • Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technology, including Agentic and Generative AI, industry and market trends to accelerate data migration and data conversion engagements. • Define execution plan and approach based on project scope, expected timeline and available budget/resources. • Work with technical team often comprising of members of separate organizations to coordinate day-to-day execution as per outlined plan. • Cooperate with and manage external vendors as required. • Ensure pre-defined project management processes and practices are followed. Drive simplification and improvement as necessary. • Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. • Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required. • Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience, or equivalent knowledge. • A minimum of 5 years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within IT program/product areas. • 2 years of ERP experience, should have worked in ERP (SAP/Oracle) as a functional or technical expert and have knowledge of Business Processes.
