📋 Description

• Manage operations and maintenance of multiple windfarms • Oversee site management teams and serve as the primary customer interface for complex operational matters • Maintain compliance with Contractual Full Services Agreements obligations • Manage hub-level O&M KPIs to improve operational efficiency and performance • Ensure high windfarm availability and minimize downtime • Liaise with internal functions to support site activities and resolve complex operational issues • Plan and allocate labor and parts for corrective, preventive, and retrofit activities • Anticipate and manage customer, contract, and compliance risks • Manage customer issues and contractual matters • Ensure contractual operational rigor and effective customer interfaces • Coordinate technically with the FPM team and remote operation centers • Manage GE Vernova and supplier technicians • Educate and update the team on processes, procedures, technical instructions, training compliance, safety, and business awareness • Manage performance development and provide employees opportunities to demonstrate their contribution • Champion safety culture through regular audits and Gemba walks • Ensure compliance with EHS standards, instructions, and guidelines • Maintain balanced operations financial conditions and identify early financial impacts

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of wind turbine technology and component details, including gearboxes, DFIG generators, blades, and control systems • Exceptional people management skills • Site management experience • Proactive approach to resource planning and process standardization • Ability to manage customer issues, escalations, and contractual matters • Ability to plan and allocate labor and parts • Ability to manage GE Vernova and supplier technicians • Ability to ensure compliance with EHS standards, instructions, and guidelines
