📋 Description

• Support installation, preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration of gas and steam turbines and related rotating equipment at customer sites under experienced TFAs' guidance • Assist with troubleshooting and routine maintenance checks across various equipment types and vintages • Help coordinate site activities, including parts logistics and contractor walk-downs, to keep outages on track • Prepare technical reports, job status updates, and site documentation for customer records and future reference • Follow GE Vernova's Environment, Health & Safety policies and set a positive safety example • Support customers with technical guidance on installation, operation, and maintenance • Complete structured training and on-the-job learning in the Field Engineering Program • Travel extensively to project sites

🎯 Requirements

• A formal education with a relevant technical or Mechanical engineering qualification is a nice to have, but we're most interested in your total hands-on experience and what you've already done in the field • Some experience in field services, power generation, or industrial equipment maintenance • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical flow diagrams and instrument diagrams • Ability to use alignment and thermal growth equipment • Need to attend training in Houston for weeks to months • Willingness and availability to travel extensively to project sites in or outside Taiwan, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as assignments require • English and Chinese proficiency, both written and verbal • Familiarity with gas or steam turbine equipment, or exposure to other OEM products such as Alstom or Siemens • Good organizational skills and attention to detail on documentation and reporting • Clear, confident communication
