📋 Description

• Develop and maintain applications using Python and the Twilio platform. • Create, configure, enhance, and test conversational flows using Twilio Studio. • Develop and enhance chatbots and conversational automations on the Twilio platform. • Work on chatbot and conversational-solution migration projects, ensuring quality and continuity. • Develop and consume REST APIs to integrate with the Twilio platform and other systems. • Integrate systems and services. • Analyze and resolve issues related to integrations and conversational flows. • Support application and integration monitoring and observability activities. • Contribute to the evolution, scalability, and quality of developed solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with the Twilio platform. • Hands-on experience with Twilio Studio. • Experience creating, configuring, and maintaining conversational flows. • Experience with chatbots and conversational automations. • Experience migrating chatbots and conversational solutions. • Experience with integrations using platform APIs. • Experience with Python. • Experience with REST APIs. • Knowledge of JSON and HTTP. • Knowledge of JavaScript and Java. • Knowledge of Kafka and Redis. • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. • Knowledge of SQL and MongoDB. • Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools, such as Dynatrace. • Preferred qualifications: experience with conversational-solution migration projects; experience with highly complex system integrations; knowledge of microservices and distributed architecture; experience in high-volume, business-critical environments; knowledge of development, testing, and observability best practices. • Enjoy working as part of a team and collaborating with others. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Ability and comfort working independently and managing your own time. • Interest in dealing with challenging and innovative situations in the technology field.
