📋 Description

• Build the data engines that power agents, including incident provision calculations, hour reconciliations, and consolidation of tracking metrics. • Develop Python and SQL ingestion and transformation pipelines using corporate APIs (ITSM, backlog management, ERP, and job schedulers) and files. • Model and make data available for consumption by agents and reports, ensuring quality, versioning, and source traceability. • Structure document repositories for RAG by extracting job workflows, API contracts, and technical documentation, publishing them in Confluence, and indexing them in Azure AI Search. • Ensure the quality, observability, and performance of production pipelines through data tests and alerts. • Support the development of Python parsers and validators, including SQL query syntax analysis for secure approval. • Participate in the squad’s technical decisions and code reviews, enhancing CI/CD standards in Azure DevOps. • Collaborate on the development of data engineering solutions and AI agents in a global corporate environment. • Support the automation of operational services using agent frameworks and Azure technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of experience in data engineering. • Strong command of Python and advanced SQL for pipelines, reconciliations, and business calculations. • Hands-on experience with Azure data services: Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, or Databricks. • Experience integrating data through REST APIs, including authentication, pagination, and idempotency. • Knowledge of data modeling and reconciliation across sources, including discrepancy handling. • Applied knowledge of CI/CD, version control, and pipeline observability. • Familiarity with data governance, including quality, cataloging, and source traceability. • Azure certifications (DP-203 Azure Data Engineer Associate or DP-900 Azure Data Fundamentals) — a plus. • Experience with financial or controlling data, including provisions and month-end closing — a plus. • Familiarity with generative AI applied to data, including preparing repositories for RAG, embeddings, and semantic search in Azure AI Search — a plus. • Experience with enterprise job schedulers (Control-M) and extracting job workflow documentation — a plus. • Use of AI agents in engineering workflows (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) — a plus. • Experience in regulated financial-sector environments (LGPD, BACEN) — a plus.
