📋 Description

• Work as a Front-end or Full-Stack Developer on the squad responsible for developing MVP2 of the ConectaJur project. • Develop a new financial module for the legal department. • Participate in initiatives to integrate Xgracco with Bradesco systems. • Develop and maintain web applications using Angular, React JS or React Native. • Participate in defining and implementing scalable, high-quality technical solutions. • Apply development best practices, including Clean Code and SOLID principles. • Develop, execute and maintain unit tests. • Solve complex problems and make technical decisions together with the team. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across different projects and initiatives. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of products and development processes. • Use Microsoft Azure platform resources and services to develop and support solutions. • Apply modern development approaches to accelerate delivery and improve product quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Front-end or Full-Stack Developer. • Proficiency in Angular, React JS or React Native. • Experience developing unit tests. • Knowledge and application of Clean Code best practices. • Knowledge of SOLID principles. • Experience with or knowledge of TDD (Test-Driven Development). • Experience with or knowledge of BDD (Behavior-Driven Development). • Knowledge of SDD and practices focused on accelerating development with the support of Artificial Intelligence. • Experience with the Microsoft Azure platform. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field. • Certifications or technical courses focused on programming languages. • Participation in software development bootcamps. • Cloud certifications, especially Microsoft Azure or equivalent certifications. • Experience working simultaneously across multiple teams or projects. • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to software development. • Experience in agile, highly collaborative environments. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team. • Analytical mindset and a problem-solving orientation. • Ability to make assertive, well-founded technical decisions. • Proactivity and a strong sense of accountability. • Adaptability to work across different contexts and projects. • Organization and commitment to quality and results. • Continuous learning and innovation mindset.
