📋 Description

• Develop and enhance BI and Analytics solutions using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure. • Translate business requirements into data models, KPIs, dashboards, and analytical solutions. • Develop, review, and optimize data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and semantic models. • Ensure the performance, scalability, governance, and security of data solutions. • Administer Power BI Premium and Microsoft Fabric environments, including access management, workspaces, and capacity. • Support business users and collaborate with Analytics, BI, and Data Engineering teams. • Evaluate and promote the adoption of new technologies, AI capabilities, and continuous improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced or fluent English to work in a global environment. • Experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, enterprise data modeling, and business analysis. • Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL Server/Azure SQL. • Experience with Azure Data Factory and ETL/ELT processes. • Proficiency in T-SQL, DAX, and performance optimization for queries, semantic models, and VertiPaq. • Experience with Direct Lake, DirectQuery, Import, composite models, and Lakehouse architecture. • Knowledge of data governance, RLS, security, access control, and sensitive data handling. • Experience administering and governing Power BI Premium and Microsoft Fabric. • Knowledge of TMDL, TOM, XMLA Endpoints, partitioning, and Incremental Refresh. • Experience with data gateways, enterprise connectivity, and integration with Azure Key Vault. • Experience using AI tools for development, such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar tools. • Ability to work closely with business teams, translating needs into technical solutions. • Preferred: experience with Git, Visual Studio Code, and version control best practices. • Preferred: knowledge of Power Query (M). • Preferred: experience with Agile methodologies. • Preferred: experience integrating with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook). • Preferred: knowledge of data visualization, storytelling, and dashboard design. • Preferred: experience adopting new capabilities in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Artificial Intelligence.
