📋 Description

• Lead the modeling and maintenance of robust data layers in GCP/BigQuery • Translate complex Pricing and Campaign rules into clean, efficient, version-controlled code • Implement automated testing, data quality monitoring, and technical documentation • Ensure the reliability of critical metrics and compliance with Brazil’s LGPD data protection law • Optimize query and pipeline performance and manage cloud processing costs • Collaborate with Product Managers and business teams to understand complex challenges • Lead end-to-end discovery and propose architectural solutions • Build semantic layers in Looker • Mentor team members through code reviews, pairing, and best practices • Promote a Self-Service BI culture • Investigate root causes and manage requests from requirements through production validation

🎯 Requirements

• Autonomy to lead discovery with stakeholders, refinement, documentation, development, validation, and production delivery • Strong focus on testing, data governance, LGPD compliance, and reducing recurring incidents • Advanced SQL proficiency and demonstrated experience with Google BigQuery • Governance of query and cloud process efficiency and costs • Solid experience in data modeling and semantic layer creation • Strong experience building metric layers and interactive dashboards in Looker • Hands-on experience with Airflow • Experience with Git, code reviews, and CI/CD • Python for data applications, Stored Procedures, and GCP experience are a plus • Experience applying AI to data is a plus • Experience extracting data through third-party APIs, including authentication, pagination, and incremental loads, is a plus
